  2. Ace Auto Insurance has not paid for claim their party is responsible for – now 9 months out. Agreed not our responsibility at all, subrogated through our own insurance because of their neglect. Driver was Tousley Ford Employee..They paid the deductible and have stiffed on the rest of the bill to date.

  4. Impossible to get hold of an agent. What a run-around!4 hours later….still no one to call….only their answering service call center companies.

  5. I called and only the machine answers and then it hangs up they don’t want to take care of my claim they ignore the calls

  6. this is the most inefficient company I have ever dealt with. Noone knows where to send the calls, then you get some lady who sounds like a robot. Telling you what number to call. that was the number that she answered. Gave me another number, got another person, he put me on hold, and disconnected me.

We regularly get mail and phone contacts asking for updates on claim status or subro detail. Please review your websites and published materials and remove this address as an ACE office. Thanks for the help.

  8. My in-laws were rear ended by one of your insured individuals. Still waiting for an “adjuster” to get back to them. Accident was a week ago tomorrow! Hoping that the previous reviews and comments do not hold true. Almost $4,000 worth of damage!!! Please follow-up on claims in a more timely manner.
