Filing The Claim with Asurion Provider
Visit http://www.asurion.com/about/contact-us/ to start the Asurion claims process. You must click the File Claim button on the right side of the page. You will be asked for the carrier, such as AT&T or Verizon. Once you’ve clicked the carrier logo you will be taken to the appropriate page on PhoneClaim.com. That is where you will official start the claims process. You may be asked to click on the File Claim button again then enter your wireless number, name, email address and contact number to process the claim form.
Asurion is a mobile device insurance company that works with major mobile service providers like AT&T, Verizon and Sprint to give consumers a hand when phones get damaged, lost or stolen. Most insurance plans have a deductible based on the type of phone covered and the replacement cost of the phone. - Location: If you cannot find your phone Asurion can locate the phone and lock it so no one can access your personal information.

Check on your claim status: Once you have filed your claim with Asurion you can check the status of your claim at http://www.asurion.com/ or http://phoneclaim.com. Simply click your carrier and then click My Claim. Enter your wireless number and the security code then click Continue.

This is ridiculous. I try to print the claim form (filled out) and it just keeps going round and round, never connecting. What in the world do they want you to do???

I called on Oct 3 my frigidaire refrigerator alert alarm was beeping at 3Am until 6:30Am non stop also it was leaking water. Your service dept was no help said I will have to get an email notification from their office to get a technician out to my home. I waited till the next day, still no email. Talked to Sergio twice then he said to call again-when I did the office was closed. Oct 4 got a notification from the claims dept. said I needed to get a claim # which nobody gave me–so I called Oct 5 claim #1606076865 Cheryl Lynn Miller, 2587 Ahekolo Street, Honolulu, Hi 96813 Tel 808-255-7600
Now tell me how long will I get notification as to when the technician will be coming to my home to fix the appliance? Your service is really bad starting your customer service dept. I would be grateful if someone will contact me.
