  1. Hello my son and I had a accident with one of your policy holders .he was at fault .I had hired a attorney he felt that we could handle our personal injury claim ourselves saving us unwanted attorneys fees.I was then.told to call my insurance company and they would give us the information needed to get in contact with auto owners claims person.the problem we have is its been over 4 weeks since I spoke for the first time to someone regarding our claim and 5 months since the accident.I am incredibly upset over the way we have been treated through this entire accident.I want to be honest and straight up but I’m starting to think I should rehire a attorney and call police.I did not call police even after this gentleman rear ended me going 30 to 40 miles an hour than acted like it was no big deal gave me false information and had alcohol on his breath and left the accident before I was given any information .lucky for me I did locate a witness and have a written statement notarized by the bank.every time I have called the claims lady that supposedly is handling our claim she has not been at all informative at all and not one time has she returned any of my phone calls.this was a very upsetting experience for both my son and I.we both had injuries and because of mine won’t at all be able to return to the job I was working and no longer have a car due to internal damage.this entire experience is a huge travesty and all we are asking is to get our claim settled.apparently your company feels my accident is also no big deal so maybe we should go to court and see what they think???????claim 30002070522016
