  1. I called in august in regards to a towtruck that damaged my van. Put in the claim after many attempts and getting my call dropped. I gave all the info to a claims representative. I was told they would call back. Never heard back. I called back after a week or two. Representative could not find I made a claim. After I repeated many times. I finally got her to admit there was a claim. Then the call ended. I called yesterday again spoke with David who said he called my number many times in regard to this claim band got busy signal. My phone has an answering service if it’s busy the answering machine answers. I got no message from esurance before I called them to find out what happened nor after. He also said he would email me I got no emails either. It is about two months.
