  1. I am trying to get a clue report corrected. The claim is a lightening claim and on the clue report it is showing to be a liability claim the claim # 8000410638 The claim or loss date is 4-30-12 I have been on the phone for over an hour now and the situation is still the same. Who handles filing the clue reports?

  2. I have been asked by my claim adjustor to send pictures but after waiting over 1 hour still no way to get the address for the pictures & bills.
    This has been terrible!!!!!

I think it is ridiculous when a company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all,i am sent back to the adjuster and thats it, he denied my claim and sent me some excerpts from a policy and said …this is why we wont pay. i call customer service and they want me to talk to my clams adjuster, the one who came up with ridiculous ideas to turn down my claim. theres is no number to headquarters, most of the phone numbers disconnect me. the last person i talked to said their customer service consists of helping someone file a claim and referred me to the division of insurance. this company could care less about their customers or their coverage!
