Jewelers Mutual offers two types of jewelry coverage – business and personal. Business policies are reserved for jewelers who sell jewelry and personal policies are reserved for individuals who own jewelry they want to protect in the case of damage or theft.
- Business Policies: Business clients of Jewelers Mutual 27/7 access to report claims and contact customer service. There is no answering service to handle business customer calls so customers are connected directly with a Jewelers Mutual claims representative when they call.
- Personal Policies: Personal policies, called Perfect Circle policies, are designed to protect jewelry customers and keep the jeweler and customer connected. The policies protect the jewelry purchase in the case repair or replacement is needed. There are no predetermined jewelers the insured are required to visit – if you have a policy you can take do business with your personal jeweler and retain coverage with Perfect Circle.
