  1. Your policy,is the reason your rating is below.If there’s no beneficiary of a policy of a love one and the spouse pass as well,it should go to the children of the insured.Not the spouse family.Just something to think about in the future.

  5. I think this Website stinks. I clicked on the link for the life insurance claim form and the link doesn’t work. Meanwhile I requested one by mail, but I still want to see what the reqirements are for filing the actual claim. I know I need a certified copy of the death certificate, but the lady on the phone said other paperwork is also required.
