  1. I am a medical provider. I am looking for a provider portal or access to check claims medicare supplemental claims and member eligibility. Where is this information located?

  2. I am trying to pay my Medicare Supplement Premium via my computer. I have always done this in the past with no problem. Today, I cannot seem to find the site where I enter my payment information. Has something changed or am I just getting dumber with age? Never had a problem before and I have been doing this a long time. Can you just send me the correct website address? I just want to pay my bill. Thank you.

  3. Gra e period for paying premium. Affordable Care Act is 90 days. Do you not have to apply this to your insurance? You have a premium from my bank but it was 28 days late and I was canceled. I need to be reinstated. Please help me.

  4. I am with a billing company and find your provider services are severely lacking. There are many instances in which you need to speak to a CSR. I cannot always get my questions answered on your provider portal and e-mail options. Technology is great but it will NEVER replace actually speaking to a representative to resolve an issue.

  5. Always have a hard t time finding my claims. I like to print them and keep them in a file. There must be some way to go directly to your account.

  6. I would like to be able to receive electronically, both my spouse’s and my claims and payments at the same address.

  7. I just want to check and see what my premium was this past year to see how much the premium is going up. I was not able to access the link you provided in your letter.
