I have an older policy when the bank was called Bankers Life. I am helping a friend out. His mother bought the policy for him back in 1978, when there was a office here in San Antonio TX. All he trying to find out is if the policy was paid out, or still active. When we tried to find out, one person sent us to another department and each time our wait time was longer and longer. No one knew how to help us. Because the policy is so old and was told the records don’t go that far back. How can a company, the main office, say that they don’t keep those records anymore?
