  2. I am totally disappointed with the lack of customer care AIG is providing. I have not received any updates in my claim in months, expecting pending review. It is really unacceptable.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone for months concerning a policy that was in my late father’s name I got the forms and changed ownership of the policy and also sent a copy of his death certificate also but haven’t heard anything back yet I did that in April because the policy expired in May but I did everything before the deadline the policy number I am acquiring is 00087617546 and it was in my late father’s name Jerry Holloway my address is 355 4th Ave SE Lafayette,Alabama 36862 I have been patience before I get our family lawyer involved I am his son Ezee Holloway

  4. I was in an accident with one of your policy holders. How can I contact u to give info? I was parked so there is no question of fault. Any info would be great. I have to say that I would be really disappointed if I couldn’t call my insurance company without doing an online claim.

  5. My vehicle was totaled almost a year ago I mailed back my West Virginia title and road card along with the notorized papers! I have spoke to the claims representative but it is the lost dept I need to speak to PLEASE can they be contacted I have called and called left several messages and no none returns my call!
