You can choose to call ANPAC to file your claim at 1-800-333-2860 or visit the online claims center at https://client.anpac.info/ClientServices/ to log in to your account and start the claim process. Online claim submission is only available for home, auto, auto glass and towing claims. All other claims must be reported by phone. The claims department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to start the claims process. You may need to send requested documents to the claims department before the claim is settled for some insurance policies. ANPAC is an American National Insurance Company (ANICO). The company was started in 1905 in Galveston, Texas.
