I do not know why my claim was not accepted for payment. I purchased the trip insurance on 10/5/18. That is what is posted on my charge card! That was also the evening I had my accident and broke my arm. It WAS THE SAME DAY! You say my policy was NOT in effect until 10/6/18. That is NOT TRUE!!! I would like to know if this is the company’s way of not paying on a claim?
