Who doesn’t love being locked out of an account because they aren’t sent a text or voice code and not one security question asked is useful or make sense to normal lives and are therefore rendered useless. Can’t call for help on the weekend and they don’t say which calling zone they are. Pacific? Central? Eastern? Just guess this until you can reach them.
