Filing the Claim With Kaiser Permanente Medicare Insurance Provider
Medicare Supplement insurance from Kaiser Permanente does not typically require manual claim filing. Health care providers will submit all claims forms to the government Medicare program. If you are enrolled in a Kaiser Permanente Medicare Supplement program, the Medicare office will forward the claim to Kaiser Permanente. Of course, there could be a time when you have a medical expense that a healthcare provider did not claim. If this is the case, contact 1-866-973-4588 or log in to your account here https://healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/html/kaiser/index.shtml and send a secure email to customer service.

let me start by saying that my family and I have had kaiser for over twenty years. We have been taken care of very well and after all this time I can’t think of a single complaint. Very low co-pays and that being only on office visits and prescriptions. That being said,I have just switched to medicare with kaiser as a supplemental. All has changed as far as the cost. My co-pay on office visits and prescriptions have gone up and now there are many more co-pays. I am confused.
