  2. This is extremely difficult to contact anyone to help with a life insurance claim. I don’t suggest you try the online service, since it doesn’t come up with any information, that is useful or you don’t advance any farther in the process, either!

  3. There needs to be access to life insurance death claim forms online for Primerica. I requested forms two weeks ago right after my husband’s death and have not received same. It is as if Primerica is only a shell of a company and no one knows what the other person is doing. I am shocked, to say the least, having worked for attorneys for the past 40 years. This is no way to conduct business. I have never seen a company that did not have basic claim forms online!

  4. It would be nice if there was link to claim forms. It is so easy to misplace paperwork since there is an avalanche of paper and forms during the death of a loved one. It would be handy to have a link for form reprints.


  5. I have been waiting a month for the check to be issued for a death claim. They refused to give me the claim form and I finally got an agent to get it for me so I could submit it. I think buyers should beware when dealing with this company!!!!!!

  6. I’ve been requesting a claim form for a man who died last April. Spoke to a Louanna (among others) who was to have sent me one. The only thing I got in the mail was a bunch of notices that I needed to send the claim form you refuse to send. Are you going bankrupt or are you ignorant to those who have paid their premiums?

  8. I have been waiting 3 months for payment, have done everything I was told to do. Primerica has done nothing as far as paying claim. They claim they mailed check with remittance advice, received that but no check !
