  1. PHYSICIANS Mutual is a very good insurance company, I am very satisfied with the insurance they provide. I am so glad I became a member with them. I got information through the mail and I read about it the premiums are very cheap. And this company and hope others become members also.

    My zip code. ..for some reason is not being accepted, nor is my birth date accepted. I need help to access my account to be able to file a claim on line. HELP!

  3. I WOULD LIKE A PROVIDER PORTAL TO RETRIEVE EOB’S ON CLAIMS PAID. WE ARE GETTING PAYMENTS VIA EFT BUT NOT GETTING ALL OUR EOB’S.
